Our meeting rooms are a blank canvas for your event. The Main House at The Elvetham contains 4 meeting and event spaces that are perfect for up to 120 delegates and can be adapted and tailored to your needs. The Elvetham is also home to 43 bedrooms, so whether you just want an afternoon away from the office or a training programme that spans several days, we are here to help.

Book with peace of mind - The Elvetham has installed Clenzair units within our Oak Room, Library, Sylvanus Restaurant and Gloriana Bar to protect the health of our guests. These state of the art units use Needlepoint Bipolar Ionisation technology, eliminating bacteria and viruses in the air.

The Library

 

Featuring an ornate stone fireplace, original bookcases and plenty of natural light, The Library is the largest of our private function rooms and is a captivating space for any business meeting or event.

The room has a maximum capacity of 120 people for meetings, and 100 people for private corporate dining.

 

 

The Oak Room

 

Ideal for presentations, pitches, and small conferences, The Oak Room is a fantastically flexible function space and perfect for medium sized business events.

The room has a maximum capacity of 68 people for meetings, and 60 people for private corporate dining.

 

 

The Morning Room

 

Featuring an ornate, fully functioning open fireplace, exquisite views over the grounds, and a connecting door to the Gloriana Bar, The Morning Room was created to inspire.

The room has a maximum capacity of 50 people for meetings and private corporate dining.

 

 

The Seymour Room

 

Located on the first floor of the Main House and full of natural daylight, The Seymour Room is perfect for mid-size meetings and business gatherings.

The room has a maximum capacity of 40 people for meetings.
